Located in New Orleans, Louisiana, Lagniappe (/Lan’yap/) Bakehouse is an independent, cottage bakehouse by pastry chef Kaitlin Guerin, providing an elegant and nostalgic pastry experience that celebrates and reconnects the Black foodways of the South through local, seasonal ingredients and community.
